The therapy I would offer you is Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. This can be for a short time, a long time, depending on what you need but this therapy is about how our past experiences, good and bad, make up who we are and give us a blueprint to live by - in love, work, in all our relationships and in everyday life. Without us knowing, this blueprint can keep us from what we want, struggling with what we try to put out of our mind.
I am also trained in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, which is specifically about depression. This is a short-term approach which will try and address problems in relationships that might be impacting your low mood.
Your first therapy appointment is a one-off consultation, a chance for us to think about what is bothering you and think about whether I could try and help you.
